It’s a four-day feast of glittering water views ... Late afternoons, pleasantly sore post-walk, are spent seeing the sun ooze into the Indian Ocean from our private decks.

In 2023, Celeste Mitchell experienced our Cape to Cape Walk first-hand, writing this special feature for Australian Traveller. With engaging descriptions of our Margaret River landscapes and coastline, Celeste beautifully captures the experience. We also love the focus she takes on the sustainability of our founding hike: "Hiking Western Australia’s Cape to Cape track with gourmet guides is a lesson in sustainable luxury. And a tasty one at that." Thank you Celeste! Read the full article here.

Not one, but two of Walk into Luxury's signature journeys were featured among thirteen of the World's Great Walks in Signature Luxury Travel & Style in July 2024. In February 2024, Fiona McIntosh made us laugh with her write-up on her Walk into Luxury experience, which she described as the perfect hiking holiday for 'mid-life wusses' like her. We wouldn't go that far, but we do love Fiona's coverage of the finer touches offered on our signature walk. Read her article for The Times here.

We've been fortunate to be featured in Signature Luxury Travel Magazine in print and online a few times now. Lisa Percovic wrote about her Walk into Luxury experience on the Cape to Cape for Signature Luxury Travel Magazine in 2021 - we think this sums it up nicely: "Walks in the day, wellness in the afternoon, wining and dining in the evening – it’s no surprise the experience feels fleeting. In the quiet moments, I enjoy the fresh air and friendship, refilling my soul." More recently, we've been featured in 'best of' lists for the Tops Walks in the World and Australia's Best Walks. Finally in 2023, this feature on Walk into Luxury's signature Blanket Bay Walk and Kimberley Walk was published; read the sparkling editorial for Signature Luxury Travel here.

After journalist Kate Hennessy joined our Cape to Cape Walk in 2021, she shared a comprehensive and generous review in The Australian's weekend magazine, Travel & Leisure (Cape Country, published 11 September 2021). We love Kate's description of the Margaret River coastline and karri forest, and her fondness for the local cheese and wine showcased on our signature walk. While we can't link to the full feature, this quote offers a snapshot of Kate's elegant description of her experience with us -

"It’s a four-day feast of glittering water views. The itinerary includes a dinner prepared by a private chef and other meals in hatted Margaret River restaurants but the real luxury is by day, with guides taking care of tracks and snacks. Our only job is to try to keep a grip, for dignity’s sake, roughly on our location along this fearsomely beautiful coast." - Kate Hennessy, Cape Country, Travel & Leisure.
