Overview

The Ritz-Carlton Nikko combines contemporary five-star luxury with Japanese aesthetics, set against the stunning backdrop of World Heritage-listed Nikko National Park. The elegant, spacious suites invite in the surrounding landscape with private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows offering wonderful views of Lake Chuzenji and Mount Nantai. Experience options at the hotel include nature hikes, an onsite art tour, Spa treatments, canoe and SUP experiences on the lake, and visits to nearby historic temples and shrines. There are four restaurant/bar venues onsite, which range from traditional kaiseki dining at the Japanese Restaurant, and modern Western cuisine at The Lakehouse. After a busy day exploring, relax at the ESPA day spa, soak in the indoor and outdoor natural hot spring baths, or relax in your deep-soaking bath in your room. The Ritz-Carlton is quite simply the best place to stay in Nikko, and one of Japan's finest hotels.
